Coming Soon: Featured Artist at The Off Track Gallery

Joyce will be a Featured Artist at The Off Track Gallery from May 26 through July 27, 2016.  Featuring some of her popular seascapes, her theme will be “Summertime Blues”.  There will be an artists’ reception at the gallery on Saturday, June 11, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
